Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Eligibility Requirements

• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Cookware must not show signs of use, seasoning, or food residue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, seasoned, or washed.
• Items missing original packaging or accessories.
• Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable, clearly marked at time of purchase).

Return Process

1. Email us at support@pokesaladus.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item to the return address provided.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original Shipping Charges

Since we offer free shipping on all orders, there are no shipping charges to deduct from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster delivery of your replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@pokesaladus.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following the standard return process.
