What types of cookware do you offer?
We offer stainless steel pots and pans, nonstick frying pans, carbon steel woks, cast aluminum grill pans, ceramic tagines, copper sauté pans, and complete cookware sets — all induction compatible where noted.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Are your pans induction compatible?
Most of our cookware is induction compatible. Check the product description for each item — compatibility is listed in the specifications.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
How do I care for my cookware?
Care instructions vary by material. Stainless steel is dishwasher safe. Nonstick pans should be hand washed with soft sponges. Carbon steel requires seasoning. Each product page includes specific care instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional regions.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at support@pokesaladus.com if you need to change or cancel your order. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
